Epsilon3 Launches FedRAMP High Solution: The First Government-Grade Procedure Execution Software

We’re excited to announce the release of our Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) High Authorized product. This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering the most secure and reliable operations management software, trusted by teams developing advanced technologies and supporting national security.

What is FedRAMP

FedRAMP is the U.S. government’s standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. By providing a vetted marketplace of pre-approved solutions, FedRAMP saves agencies and contractors time and cost, enabling them to adopt secure cloud technologies without redundant security reviews.

There are three FedRAMP impact levels — Low, Moderate, and High — reflecting the sensitivity of data an application handles. FedRAMP High is the most stringent level, required for systems managing the government’s most sensitive unclassified data, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Achieving this level means Epsilon3’s architecture and internal controls meet and maintain rigorous security requirements, continuously validated through audits by an accredited Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) and oversight by agencies like the General Services Administration (GSA) or the Department of Defense (DoD).

Why FedRAMP High Authorization Matters

National security depends on robust cybersecurity. Agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), NASA, and others face unique challenges when adopting modern software while protecting sensitive information. Historically, outdated legacy systems have slowed mission progress, hindered collaboration, and increased operational risk.

FedRAMP High Authorization confirms that Epsilon3 meets the federal government’s strictest security standards, helping agencies modernize mission-critical operations with confidence. For commercial companies working under government contracts, selecting FedRAMP High Authorized providers is often a contractual requirement for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and maintaining compliance with federal regulations.

Simply put, our authorization means that teams across aerospace, defense, energy, and other highly regulated sectors can trust Epsilon3 to safeguard their operations while delivering the speed, accessibility, and collaboration they expect from a secure, cloud-native solution.

With fewer than 80 SaaS vendors authorized at this level, Epsilon3 now ranks among the world’s most secure software providers in the US. Our achievement underscores our dedication to security, reliability, and customer trust.

What This Means for Our Customers & Partners

Securing FedRAMP High Authorization didn’t happen overnight. It required a company-wide effort, involving the rebuilding of parts of our architecture, enhancements to internal policies, strengthening of monitoring capabilities, and the implementation of continuous compliance programs.

Achieving and maintaining this authorization means our teams will undergo ongoing assessments, annual 3PAO audits, and provide monthly compliance reports to FedRAMP’s Program Management Office (PMO). This sustained vigilance ensures our customers benefit from a platform that remains secure, stable, and up-to-date at all times.

Our Co-Founder & COO, Max Mednik, shared:

“Securing FedRAMP High Authorization is one of the biggest milestones in our company’s history. It’s a testament to the discipline, skill, and teamwork of our engineering, security, and IT teams. We’re honored to support the federal workforce and our commercial partners with a secure solution they can trust to plan, execute, and track complex operations, wherever they are.”

What’s Next for Epsilon3

This authorization is not the finish line but a launchpad for our continued investment in secure, modern workflow software for the public and private sectors. We’re expanding our work with federal agencies, defense contractors, and critical infrastructure providers to deliver the next generation of secure operations management and digital work instructions.

As we grow, our security posture will remain a cornerstone of our product roadmap, ensuring that mission-critical data stays protected without compromising usability or performance.

To our current and future customers, thank you for your trust. We look forward to helping you streamline operations and reduce risk with a platform built to meet the highest security standards in the industry.
