Custom Fields for WOs & POs
Issue Reference & Entity Search
Enhanced Vendor Management
New! Real-Time Redlines
This enhanced procedure setting enables redlines to propagate across active runs, allowing for real-time sync of suggested edits.
In other words, if a redline is approved in one procedure, and 10 others are running, then everyone in those 10 active runs can incorporate the new redline on the fly.
Redlines will also sync to the master procedure once they are approved.
New! Fail Step on Command Fail (Automation)
Allow commands to control the flow of your procedures by enabling a setting that will auto-fail steps if any command within a step fails.
This setting also applies to procedures run with automation, empowering teams to streamline workflows by automating processes such as tests and system checks.
New! Uprevision Parts & Inventory Items
Does your team use Epsilon3 to manage parts and inventory? Uprevisions make it easy to update your BOMs and Builds with the latest part revisions, ensuring seamless inventory control and preventing costly mistakes.
Select multiple inventory items in the inventory list page to bulk uprevision, or update items individually from each item’s detail page.
New! Custom Fields for Work & Purchase Orders
Create and add unique input fields to your Work Order and Purchase Order pages to ensure all vital information is collected and stored within Epsilon3.
Centralized custom fields enable you to reuse custom fields created for other data types, including purchase orders and work orders.
New! Issue Reference & Entity Search
On the Issue landing page, you can now use a new filter at the top to search by any related entity (like a Part, Purchase Order, Item, or Run).
This lets you quickly view all Issues linked to that entity, helping you find relevant issues faster and streamline troubleshooting or investigation.
New! Enhanced Vendor Management
Add email addresses for your vendors and suppliers within the Builds settings page.
Ensure you have contact information for all relevant contacts from each vendor.
