New! Org Insights

  • Users can view aggregated insights across multiple workspaces in your organization. Select one or more workspaces from the filters to see combined data.

New! Release Flow Settings

  • Use our new Release Flow to route approvals based on major or minor releases.

  • Procedure runs can now return a value that you can use as a risk assessment score of a different procedure, or another score value, to be used in a Conditional Release flow.

New! Formulas in Custom Fields

  • Evaluate expressions within a text field to interpolate evaluated numbers with text.

  • Use if/else conditional logic for expressions to change the expression based on the value of another field.

New! Super BOMs

  • Users can now specify parts/assemblies to have variable components in addition to fixed components. Variable components can be configured to have multiple component variants.

  • Build procedures for parts with variable components in their BOM will prompt the user to select specific variants before starting a build run. Build procedures are procedures that contain a BOM Header, part check out steps for kitting, and part check in steps to create the final assembly.

  • Work Orders for parts with variable components in their BOM will allow user to select specific variants for the part eBOM configuration during the work order planning phase. Build runs started for work orders will automatically start with selected variants.

New! Receiving Notes and Rejection Reasons

  • You can now capture notes on all received items and track configurable rejection reasons when shipments fail inspection, making it easier to document issues and keep records consistent.

  • Assign numerical values in custom list options for use in expressions

  • Procedure runs can return a numerical result

  • Drag and drop to upload to File Storage

  • Reference Item Custom Fields in Procedure Expressions

  • Better wrapping for unbreaking words in table cells

  • Attachments grid is visible on run summary

  • Sort custom fields on grid view

  • Brought back ability to add a review comment from review preview

  • Receiving rejection reason and notes in inspection procedures

  • Allow editors to import parts CSV if review cycle is off

  • Reference Item Custom Fields in Procedure Expressions

  • Custom field string concatenation combined with expression

  • Custom field If/Then expressions

  • EBOM Configuration on Work Orders using CSV Import

  • Can now sort on custom fields in grid view
