New! Find and Replace Text Across Procedures
Users can now search for text in their released procedures and drafts and perform an exact text replacement. Updates will be reflected in the procedure’s draft. Users can see procedures edited via find and replace by clicking on “Find and Replace History” in the Procedures Page menu.
New! Saved Views
Users can now save search terms, filters, and column settings as Saved Views on all Builds screens. Access and switch between views from the new dropdown in the top-left corner.
New! Product Catalog
In the Purchasing section under Builds, users can now maintain a catalog of products linked to internal part definitions.
Any single part can be mapped to multiple vendor products, and users can also mark a specific vendor as the preferred vendor for a product.
When drafting purchase orders, users can now also fill in vendor-specific information for each line item. If a catalog mapping exists for the PO vendor and the part on a PO line item, vendor-specific information, along with unit cost and minimum order quantity, will be automatically added by the application for the line item.
New! Async Commands
Commands can now be executed asynchronously with an expiration of up to 5 hours. SocketIO and Webhook clients as well as procedure automation are all supported. To learn how to create or update an existing command to be asynchronous and minor updates required to your realtime middleware client see our API documentation and our Realtime documentation.
New! Customers
Users can now configure customers via Builds Settings. Customers can be added individually or in bulk via a simple CSV upload.
Once configured, work orders can be linked to customers, and inventory items can be marked as sold to a customer from the Inventory page.
New! Queue Multiple Drafts for Review/Editing
Users can use the “Queue for Review” action in the procedures list to create a queue of procedure drafts. The queue will automatically navigate the user to the next procedure draft in the queue after the current procedure draft has been released or deleted.
New! Separate Authoring and Settings on Procedures
There is now a Workspace setting to allow only Admins to update procedure settings and procedure review settings
