New! File Storage

  • This seems like a no-brainer since we can store your operational documentation, reference documentation, completion notes, and more. 

  • Upload files, pictures, PDFs, etc that you’d like to keep stored in Epsilon3 for reference, etc. 

  • Uploading a video allows you to play it in the app. 

  • You can sort, create folders, etc, basically everything you’d expect from file storage. 

  • Last, but not least, you can highlight lines in a PDF and create requirements. 

  • Up next: Reference and or link to files throughout Epsilon3.

New! Strict Signoff by Step

  • Control which elements of your procedure are required using the strict signoff setting on individual steps.

  • Set the strict signoff setting for the whole procedure or specific steps by updating the procedure draft.

New! Bulk Copy Inventory Details

  • Added the ability to bulk copy custom item details from a single source item to multiple target items simultaneously. This streamlines workflows by reducing repetitive data entry and ensuring consistency across similar items.

New! Tag Tracking

  • Added a "Where Used" feature that displays all locations where a tag is used throughout the application. Users can now see a comprehensive list of tag usage with direct links to each reference, making it easier to track and manage tag implementations across the system.
