He works with Astera Institute developing high leverage technologies that can lead to massive returns for humanity. They focus on longevity, AGI, metascience, software for space, and frontier engineering.

Ben Lachman is the co-founder of Nice Mohawk, a digital product studio in San Francisco. He has 15+ years experience building technology products and businesses, from the minutia of creating high quality user experiences to scaling apps to hundreds of thousands of users.

SpaceDotBiz

Ian Vorbach writes SpaceDotBiz to help people invest in the space industry. Ian grew up in New Jersey where his favorite destination was New York City’s Hayden Planetarium. This early passion led him to study space-related academics in the sciences and engineering. He has held operating roles in business development and scaled startups outside the space industry. Ian has also worked as a propulsion engineer on multiple rocket engine development programs. He’s an angel investor both inside and outside the space industry.

Ian interviews insiders and experts to help you navigate the quickly-expanding space industry. There are so many opportunities, and so many pitfalls to be aware of as people consider investing in such a promising industry. Most recently, he sat down with Seyka Mejeur of AdAstra to discuss what to do and not do when it comes to space startup recruiting.

JATAN.SPACE

Jatan writes about the moon and Indian space progress. Every Monday, he writes about moon exploration history and emergent technology and missions.
