We are proud to have made Via Satellite’s list of 10 Startups to Watch in 2023. We are also excited to have been named a Leader in the Summer 2023 Grid® Report for Standard Operating Procedures by G2, along with several other accolades. These distinctions are a result of valuable feedback and responses from real users, like you, who participated in the G2 review process, making this recognition all the more meaningful. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our customers for their continuous support and feedback.

Congratulations to our friends at ARES Rocketry on their recent participation in the Spaceport America Cup! The team mentioned that Epsilon3 played a vital role in preparations for the competition, with well-executed tasks such as packing gear and numerous dry dress rehearsals. The platform proved to be incredibly helpful during the actual launch day. They are eager to integrate E3 into their upcoming competition rocket's development, spanning all sub-teams and procedures. We can't wait to see what the team builds next!

New! Run-Preview for Review

  • Reviewers now have 3 ways to view a procedure that’s in review:

    • The Delta-Change view (existing): Reviewers are able to see the highlighted changes between the old and the new versions.

    • The Run-Preview view (new): Reviewers are able to simulate a run of the procedure without persisting any data.

    • The Flowchart view (new): Reviewers are able to see the big picture of the procedure with diagrams of how sections and steps are organized and connected.

New! Markdown Support in Field Inputs and References

  • Markdown capability has been supported in many other fields, and is now available in Field Input Labels and Field Input Reference Labels.

  • Examples of supported syntax:

    • Bold  =  **bold text**

    • Italic  =  *italicized text*

    • Ordered List  =  1. First item

    • Bulleted Lists  =  * Bulleted lists

New! Suggest Changes after Step Sign Off

  • Make suggested edits on steps that have been signed off, completed, failed, or skipped.

  • Suggested edits can only be made on the latest repeat.

  • Suggested edits can only be included in steps that are open.

  • If the setting to require approval for suggested edits is off, any suggested edits will be included in a repeat of a step.

Improved! End All Linked Procedure Runs with Parent Run

  • All direct child procedures will end after a parent procedure has been ended.

  • This will prevent orphan child procedures from accumulating in the running procedure tab.

  • Helps reduce a build of irrelevant procedures.

Improvements:

  • Updated API documentation for summary and individual procedure GET endpoints.

  • Add User ID field option for LDAP.

  • Delete button returns for content blocks in Edit.

  • Return to the previous screen when ending a Procedure.

Fixes:

  • Enabling API key for procedures summary route.

  • Conditionals are only e satisfied after step signoff by all operators.

  • Step dependencies will now copy over to a repeated Section.

  • When the user is re-invited with “None” access, the old workspace/project roles will be updated and removed.

  • When inviting users with more than one operator roles, it will now list the relevant roles.

  • Fixed procedure variables not populating when a run is started from the API.

  • Fixed “X” icon and “Post” button overlap for file uploads in Run.

  • Allow the command button to wrap better.
