Scan & Move Inventory
Procedure Reviews
Work Orders
New! Scan & Move Inventory
Scan a barcode straight into the Inventory search to pull up an item, and keep scanning to build a list of everything you are moving. Select them all and hit Move Location to relocate the batch in one step, scanning the destination shelf label instead of hunting for it in a list. You can also scan a location into the Location filter to see everything stored there, and print a barcode or QR label for any location from Settings.
New! Procedure Reviews
We’ve improved collaboration during the procedure review process - now, review comments may be accepted, rejected, or deferred until the next review cycle. In addition, the review stage is automatically tagged to each comment. Last but not least, the comment side panel now supports more filters, grouping, and searching to allow you to quickly locate and acknowledge comments.
On top of these improvements, we’ve added more notifications to the review process. You can now receive notifications for new review comments as well as when a review is complete. Both types of notifications can be configured for in-app, email, realtime clients, and Slack delivery.
Improved! Work Orders
Work orders got several improvements this release. Runs that were started on their own can now be added to a work order after the fact. We've also introduced optional system fields on work order forms, so teams only see the fields they actually use. Finally, there's a new "Work Order Created" notification: realtime (websocket) clients are notified the moment a work order is created, with delivery configurable per channel in your team's notification settings.
