TL;DR:

  • Dashboard Enhancements

  • User & Locations APIs

  • Customize PO Line Item Layouts

  • Automations to Notify User Groups & Roles

  • Set Currency

New! Service Work Orders

  • Manage service, maintenance, and repair jobs as first-class work orders, without the manufacturing overhead. Service work orders skip parts lists, BOMs, and inventory tracking, so your team can focus on the work itself: assign owners, set priorities and due dates, link the right procedures, and capture custom service details in a form built for the job. It's the same trusted work order experience, tailored for everything you do beyond the assembly line.

New! Dashboard Enhancements

  • You can now export any widget or an entire dashboard to XLSX or PDF, making it easy to pull live operational metrics into reports, reviews, and audits. New data sources for sign-in activity (Logins), User Access audit history, and richer work-order detail (notes and target dates) give teams broader visibility into usage and manufacturing status. Filtering is also more precise with a new dashboard-wide tag filter plus "Starts with" and "Ends with" operators, so you can narrow widgets to exactly the data you care about faster.

New! User & Locations APIs

  • You can now manage workspace and project role assignments for users, as well as the entire lifecycle of locations, directly through our API.

  • With these new endpoints, teams can automate user access management, streamline onboarding workflows, and programmatically create, update, and manage locations at scale, without relying on the UI.

  • These additions make it easier to keep your platform in sync with your internal systems and build more automated operational workflows.

New! Customize PO Line Item Layouts

  • Make your purchase order line items work the way your team does. With our drag-and-drop visual editor, you can add custom fields, reorder and resize the built-in columns, and stack details across multiple rows — turning rigid, one-size-fits-all tables into layouts that match your real workflow. Set up the template once and every line item follows it automatically, so your POs stay consistent and clear.

New! Automations to Notify User Groups & Roles

  • You can now configure workflow notifications to send to users by Role or by Group, instead of individually listing all the users you want to notify. This makes it easier to configure notifications to larger groups of people.

New! Set Currency

  • Set Currency lets workspace admins pick a default currency and number format (in Workspace Settings → General Settings) that standardizes how all monetary values like part costs, purchase orders, and accounting entries display across the workspace. Teams in manufacturing, inventory, or procurement get consistent, locale-correct formatting everywhere money appears. Note that it changes display only, so it won't convert existing amounts.
