New! Procedure Locations & Workstations

  • Some procedures or steps occur at specific locations, like workstations or worksites.

  • Create and manage a picklist of locations to assign them to specific builds, tests, and procedures.

  • Filter a procedure by location to see all the steps assigned to that location.

  • Coming Soon: Filter runs by location to see all work being done at that station.

New! Work Order Inventory Control

  • Want to make sure components needed for active work orders don’t get consumed by other builds? We’ve got you covered.

  • View items assigned to that work order within the Resources Check Grid on the Work Order Detail page.

  • Using the 3-dot menu next to the assigned item counts, select specific components to assign or reserve for the work order.

New! Enhanced Redline & Blueline Reviews

  • Enable the ‘Enhanced Review’ setting for a procedure to require approval for redlines and bluelines created during a run. 

  • Improve revision control by restricting suggested edit approvals to specific roles and review types.

  • Streamline equipment and asset upkeep with our upgraded tool maintenance management capabilities.

  • Define tool instance maintenance schedules, log maintenance events, and manage recurrence modifications all within the Epsilon3 Builds module.

New! Multiple References on Issues

  • Attach Issues to multiple Entities (Parts, Inventory, Runs, and Purchase Orders), allowing consolidation and better linking of Issues. 

  • Use the new Issue Button in the toolbar to attach an Entity to an active Issue.

  • Procedure variable and headers are now reorderable with easy drag and drop functionality 

  • Improved print experience

  • Moved team reports to the report generator and added procedure report

  • Subproject creation permission settings

  • Add an icon with a tooltip when a run version is not the latest

  • Update the settings description and add a collaborator by default on create

  • List part and items performance improvements

  • Don't include items with critical issues in the work order available items count

  • Project visibility for users with Viewer Workspace Access

  • Ensure the default project exists for all teams, current and future

  • Fix copying blocks in a suggested edit
