Epsilon3 modules, grouping, and general navigation have been reorganized to follow a more natural flow.
This also provides a better experience on tablets, automatically collapsing the sidebar to give you more space.

View test point data in a compact form, combined with the full feature set of Epsilon3 tables.
To improve efficiency, you can now bulk add test points to your test plans.

Search and display requirements information from Flow during your Epsilon3 Runs.

Improvements:

Procedure codes now display 14 instead of 10 characters
Updated step timeline to display step actions and comments
Updated Part Check-In content block to link to checked in items
Update COSMOS integration to only sync specified targets/packets
Update External Builds API to allow users to set details when creating or updating parts
Update SearchFilter to use new PopupListWithSearch component
Download CSV for a subset of inventory + split item unavailable status into consumed and checked out

Fixes:

Allow project-only users to sign off on roles in table signoffs
Fix events with mismatched procedure/run ids
Fix user navigating to the part dashboard instead of part detail page when clicking on part component link from edit inventory page
Take no leading 0 (.e.g. `.23`) into account in MoneyInputField
Allow any user to create procedure tags
Fix bug that was preventing redline step comments from being edited offline
